A2R roles:
Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes
Perform monthly withholding PIT calculation and payment
Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
Manage intercompany billing transactions
Support Vantive MSA related transaction
Review perform payment request and follow up on monthly WHT returns and review yearly CIT returns for Indonesia RO
P2P roles:
Perform & follow up monthly funding requests sent to the Treasury team
Process and research invoices vendor debit / credit memos in multiple systems and languages
Process payments to third-party suppliers and local payments as needed
Work with GBS Procurement BSM vendors banks as well as in-country personnel to address and resolve issues as they surface enforce the adoption of the agreed channel strategies and manage compliance with the defined policies and procedures
Support period-end close reconciliation activities as needed
Advice on tax & agreement related to complying with the local regulations.
Other roles:
Data Steward role: Review & approval for vendor master data in MDM
Concur T&E approver: Review & approval for Concur T&E claim
