Wholesale Parts Specialist
Wright Hyundai & Chevrolet Buick GMCis searching for an experienced and customer-focused Wholesale Parts Specialist to join our team. We are a fast-paced high-volume parts department known for providing exceptional service to our wholesale clients including independent repair shops body shops and fleet accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit and maintain wholesale accounts through phone and in-person contact.
- Assist wholesale customers in selecting the correct parts or accessories using our parts catalog and computer system.
- Process orders prepare invoices and manage core returns and warranty issues.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their orders and notify them of any back-ordered parts.
- Coordinate with our parts delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely delivery to accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to strengthen and expand our customer base.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales with a focus on wholesale is a must.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts terminology and industry is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with a dealership management systemare essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and focused.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid drivers license with a good driving record.
