Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician) to join a growing collegial practice in Shelton CT.

Essential Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive evaluation diagnosis and treatment for patients with disorders of the ear nose throat head and neck.
Perform a variety of in-office procedures and outpatient surgeries as clinically indicated.
Collaborate with audiologists primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results to develop individualized treatment plans.
Participate in community outreach preventive health initiatives and quality improvement efforts.
Maintain accurate compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Contribute to a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT); eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
Experience: Prior experience in clinical or surgical ENT practice preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
