Purpose

Lead manage and deliver digital transformation and automation projects that enhance operational efficiency optimize supply chain performance and enable data-driven decision-making. This role bridges
technology innovation with hands-on operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and assess opportunities for digitalization and automation across manufacturing supply chain logistics procurement and planning functions.
- Plan execute and monitor projects involving technologies such as ERP enhancements robotics process automation (RPA) AI-based functions and tasks advanced forecasting machine learning and advanced analytics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations Supply Chain IT Finance Suppliers) to define requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage vendors integrators and technology providers to deliver solutions within scope schedule and budget.
- Drive change management training and adoption of digital tools by end-users.
- Collaborate with IT departments to ensure data integrity compliance and cybersecurity standards are met.
- Track and report project performance and KPIs using integrated reports and dashboards (examples: lead time reduction task performance time reduction productivity improvement and cost efficiency etc).

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations manufacturing processes and related digital technologies.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile PMBook Waterfall or hybrid).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and change management leadership skills.
- Understanding of emerging trends in Industry 4.0 automation and AI applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management Information Systems or related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP CSCP CPIM Six Sigma etc are an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in operations supply chain or technology-led transformation projects.

- % reduction in process cycle times.
- % improvement in forecasting accuracy and inventory turns.
- ROI / Savings delivered from digital/automation initiatives.
- Adoption rates of new digital tools and workflows.
- Stakeholder satisfaction scores.

Position in Organisation

- Works closely with: Site Supply Chain teams CI community IT Procurement Planning Production Logistics and external tech partners.
