Job Summary

CharterWest Mortgage Center immediately seeking to fill a full-time Mortgage Loan Disclosure Specialist located in our Omaha Metro Lincoln Grand Island Columbus or Kearney location.

Employee will be responsible for the disclosing of initial mortgage loan documents following all internal and secondary market parameters accurately and efficiently. This will also include but not limited to:

Processing disclosure requests in a timely manner
Staying up to date on all regulatory compliance rules for said disclosures.
Comply with bank policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have:

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage experience of disclosures processing or closing or equivalent experience
Must be able to use good time management to stay within all regulatory time frames.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
