This is a Hybrid position with 3 days a week on-site. We have the flexibility of hiring this role in either Buffalo New York OR other Ingram Micro office locations outside the US.

Your Role:

Collaborates with GBP product development and production leads from different Digital domains to execute Finance intelligence strategy for all projects related Finance Operations and Finance transformation.

Testing and Validation:

Ensures that all digital financial and transformational products meet the required standards and specifications before they are accepted Identifies FIT aka (Finance Intelligence Transformation ) QAT playbook content manages ongoing update and end ensures up to date content Supports senior manager in defining the UAT activities and timelines of UAT In collaboration with GBP product and business Identifies test scenarios In collaboration with GBP and Finance Leadership ensures appropriate business participation in UAT

Product Acceptance:

Executes the acceptance criteria to ensure product meets customer and business requirements Participates in defining and adhering to UAT Entry and Exit criteria Consults in Go-Live Readiness Assessments (RAE)

Related Activities:

Requirements Gathering: Partner with GBP and Product Management to review requirements and ensure acceptance criteria is entered and in compliance and in alignment with global template Product Design: Participate in design activities to help bring innovative and user-friendly product Change Management: Provides input and supports change management activities to ensure product and process adoption Deployment and Support: Participate in deployment and go-live support activities

Collaboration: Working closely with development and operations teams to ensure performance standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Monitoring Metrics: Keeping track of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time throughput and resource utilization.

Sustaining Improvements: Ensuring that the benefits of process improvements are sustained over time.

Identifying Bottlenecks: Analyzing performance data to identify and address any bottlenecks or issues.

Reporting: Providing regular performance reports to stakeholders to keep them informed about the solutions performance.

Safeguard Product Quality: Ensure that all products meet high-quality standards which is vital for customer satisfaction and trust.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • 8 years of work experience with 5 years working in any of the following areas (accounting global process quality assurance or finance).

  • SAP experience required

  • System integration and process integration experience is a plus and highly preferred.

  • Exposure to financial processes is a plus but not required

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and in written enabling you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • In depth knowledge and expertise of business and assigned functional area

  • Strong working knowledge of tools and QAconcepts such as xRay Excel Visio Jira and Confluence.

  • Ability to translate technical deliverables into business needs.

  • Deep knowledge of finance practices

  • Result driven approach

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Design thinking Lean Sigma or Six Sigma Certificate

  • Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training study and experience.

Educational Requirements

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.

  • Bachelors degree in finance accounting business administration or a related field.

  • Design Thinking or Lean Sigma Certification is desired

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100500.00 - $170900.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
