Job Summary
Responsibilities:
-Working with the Principal and Senior Director of Teaching and Learning to assign mentors and staying in touch with new teachers and their mentors throughout the school year.
Planning and facilitating a monthly 1-hour building-based meeting of new teachers
Attending a monthly meeting with the other Mentor Facilitators and Senior Director of Teaching and Learning
Facilitate the building-based day of orientation in collaboration with the buildings admin team.
Locations Available: All schools
Membership: Unit A
Stipend: $385 plus $32 for each new teacher at the school. (Unit A Contract Appendix B.8.C)
