Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
Lead and coach planning scheduling warehouse and procurement teams across North America.
Develop and implement standard processes and best practices.
Monitor factory execution and drive performance through dashboards and KPIs.
Facilitate and lead executive-level Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Improve customer on-time delivery through strategic planning and collaboration.
Drive excellence in master scheduling inventory control and tactical procurement.
Support training in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate across the global value chain to resolve resource imbalances.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role; 10 years in manufacturing preferred.
Experience with ERP systems especially PP module.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
