Position Overview
The Family Medicine Physician will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is mission-driven enjoys collaborative work with a skilled clinical team and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on access and quality outcomes.
Schedule
Monday Wednesday Thursday Friday
Tuesdays Off
Typical patient volume: 2125 visits per day
Backup call rotation only (second to an APRN): telephone call approximately 1 in 7 weeks
Compensation & Bonuses
Total earnings > $315000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $25000 (paid after 90 days of continuous employment)
Retention Bonuses:
$8000 after 2 and 3 years
$8500 after 5 and 7 years
$9000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
Strong commitment to patient care and community health
