Job Summary
Requirements: | Experience: preferred 2-5 but we will train. Certifications or education A certification is good to have but not necessary Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary Role will be supporting IT field projects at client sites including: Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. Setting up installing moving and removing IT equipment. Performing equipment configuration and verification. Following project documentation and instructions with high accuracy. Collaborating with project managers team leads and clients to ensure successful execution. Strong ability to follow technical documentation and instructions Excellent communication skills and customer service experience How many overall years of experience should this person have preferred 2-5 but we will train. Reliable transportaion to support Denver 80219 Metropolitan area. |
Scope: | Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites. Setting up installing moving and removing IT equipment Performing equipment configuration and verification Following project documentation and instructions with high accuracy Hands-on IT field support experience preferred (installations deployments site moves etc.) Ability to work independently and manage tasks onsite Reliable professional and detail-oriented This is a client-facing role that requires professionalism adaptability and strong technical execution.
