Job Summary
Objective
Provide administrative support in management of clinical services
Principal Accountabilities :
Principal Accountabilities
Provide administrative support to Medical services.
To handle day to day operations of Medical Services.
Implement Policies.
Ensure smooth Patient flows in the assigned departments & recommend suggestions/improvements if any.
Coordinate with all other department for all administrative activities.
Coordinate with the Medical record department for the medical records.
Coordinate with the marketing department in organizing medical camps / CMEs within the hospital as well as outside in the community.
Assist in Clinical research activities.
OPD Scheduling.
Coordinate with IT department for implementation customization training of HIS and regularly update the medical sections of the Hospital website.
Assist Head Div Head Controller and Team Leader Medical services in the activities of the department.
Facilitate and coordinate the conference and publications work of clinical associate.
Performance Parameters
Timely & effective administrative support for smooth functioning of all Clinical Services
Effective support to the IT department
Intellectual inputs for improvement of operations of Clinical Departments.
Efforts for skill enhancement.
Education
Graduate
Experience
1-2 years in a hospital of repute in Hospital administration
Knowledge
Energetic and Self Motivated
Strong interpersonal persuasion and facilitation skills with people of different levels background and personality styles
