What Youll Do:
As a Membership Consultant youll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. Youll work closely with the club team to:
- Engage with leads and walk-ins to convert them to members
- Film short videos for social media content and club updates
- Deliver outstanding member service
- Support pre-sale and local marketing activities
- Must be available evenings and weekends
If considered for the role youll need these required certificates:
- First Aid
- CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
Who You Are:
Youre passionate about fitness driven by results and ready to lead by example. You also bring:
- Youre great at starting conversations and love making people feel welcome
- Youre comfortable on camera ready to film content interviews reels or stories
- You genuinely enjoy helping others with their goals
- The thrill of closing a sale lights you up and you know how to do it with authenticity
- You want to be part of a team thats about fun growth and real impact
