Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):
Managing all communication regarding reservations for the Hotel
Handle all enquiries relating to bookings via email or phone
Exhibit high sales performance and maximise all sales leads by ensuring close of sale and up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain a positive selling approach to maximise yield in both occupancy and rates
Administration of reservations including maintaining a precise filing system
Qualifications :
The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage prioritising demands
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to navigate company systems and programs
Ability to work onsite on casual basis
Have full working right in Australia
We are particularly looking for someone available for casual temporary coverage 23 days per week with working hours 9:00AM5:00PM or 10:00AM6:00PM Monday to Friday.
Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud are not mandatory but will be advantageous
