Shred Line 8 Autocaser - Inspects packaged cheese product during case packaging operations. Must complete PCPs and CCPs accurately and assure product quality to our customers. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety Food Quality and customer requirement outages. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation. Record accurate data on production reports. Overtime as required by customer requirements. Other duties may be assigned. Complete sanitation of production lines for both midweek sanitations and full cleanups. Position will also assist in preventative maintenance on equipment.

Facilitate quick changeovers by cleaning emptying trays and tubs and assisting where needed. This position must also be able to perform all essential functions regarding taking out trash bailing cardboard weighing scrap make trim barrels weighing trim barrels and any other functions that may be needed to fulfill the success operation of the lines.

Chunk Line 10 Case Packer - Tend line 10 by weighing trimming feeding and packing finished product. Facilitate quick changeovers by cleaning emptying trays and tubs and assisting where needed. Assist in box supply as needed. Overtime as required by customer requirements. Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position.

Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product. Record accurate data on production reports. Other duties may be assigned. Complete sanitation of production lines for both midweek sanitations and full cleanups. Position will also assist in preventative maintenance on equipment.
