We are vertically integrated: we develop manufacture and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&D process an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. Whats The Job
The Contract Recruiter (90 Days) will play a key role in supporting Oats Overnights operational growth at our Ohio facility by managing recruitment efforts for our manufacturing and warehouse teams. This is a hybrid role requiring regular on-site presence in Ohio.
The Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our company values.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred due to the diverse makeup of our workforce.
What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations roles including postings sourcing resume review interviews and offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruiting progress and candidate pipelines.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct pre-screens interviews and coordinate with managers to ensure efficient scheduling and feedback.
- Track and manage requisitions candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes to meet staffing goals within defined timelines.
- Support ongoing improvements in recruiting tools processes and compliance with HR and TA leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Youve Done And Who You Are
- 24 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting preferably in high-volume operations or manufacturing environments.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills able to partner effectively at all levels.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong follow-through.
- Flexible resourceful and adaptable to new tools processes and priorities.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to work near food ingredients and around potential allergens.
- Must be able to lift up to 1525 pounds at times.
- This role will require on-site work inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- You must be able to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with ADA FMLA and other standards.
- Regular and punctual attendance required.
