Job Summary
Validating RF Exposure test cases for different regulatory domains in certification test setups. Coordinating with engineers within SAR team to ensure product validation covers all certification tests. Execute validation plan for RF Exposure facing SW features. Debugging marginal/failure tests with senior engineers within team and help drive design changes to address test setups via periodic checks and calibration. Help Regulatory Compliance teams in planning/executing on final certification testing at 3rd party test labs.
- 4 years minimum related experience required.
- Excellent communication skills required both written & verbal.
- Working experience of engineering testing in particular hands-on experience for wireless measurements.
- Working experience with different lab equipment: network analyzers signal generators signal analyzers call boxes (i.e. CMW).
- Experience with different wireless communication systems such as GSM/UMTS/LTE 802.11xx Bluetooth.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and certification process for wireless consumer devices including FCC ETSI 3GPP.
- Experience with 5GmmWave standard and/or hands-on chamber/system level understanding.
