This role is primarily field based with approximately one day per week dedicated to planning reporting and alignment with the Nordic Brand addition to team leadership you will personally manage a selection of key stores ensuring strong sales performance and in-store excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As Retail Sales Manager you will lead the Retail Sales Consultants through a strong field presence. You will be responsible for the retail sales results on a country level ensuring a coordinated effort from yourself and your team. You will actively be involved in the sales activities such as sell-out activities training sparring with store managers and merchandising. Also:
- Lead coach and develop a team of Retail Sales Consultants through regular store visits and training.
- Ensure consistent execution of Retail Excellence and adherence to brand guidelines across all locations.
- Personally manage selected key doors driving sales activation and in-store excellence.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the Nordic Brand Team to develop and implement semi-annual sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
With your structured approach and strong relationship building skills you cultivate solid connections with stakeholders retailers and colleagues. Furthermore you have:
- Proven experience in field sales or retail management preferably within beauty or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales data and BI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through team leadership and personal store responsibility.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
