A mature privately held executive search and staffing organization with multi-regional presence across the Southeast Northeast Midwest and West Coast.
This role owns both sides of the desk client development and candidate delivery within a defined practice area. You will build new relationships lead retained and contingent searches and partner with delivery resources when appropriate.
Responsibilities
Acquire and expand client relationships through consultative engagement
Lead new searches from intake through close
Source assess and manage candidate pipelines
Negotiate fees terms and offers
Drive measurable revenue and relationship outcomes
Ideal Profile
37 years in full-desk search or high-autonomy production seat
Demonstrated ability to originate and fill work
Comfortable operating with accountability for both revenue and execution
Professional credibility with senior-level stakeholders
