Job Summary
Responsibility: To ensure effective execution of food safety and quality assurance programs on the production floor; to monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) Operational PRPs (OPRSs) hygiene labeling and documentation; to act as the shift-level QA representative for production zones (clean area dirty area and morning shift) and to support issue escalation corrective actions traceability and internal/external audit preparation.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Food Science Food Technology Microbiology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC roles within the food manufacturing sector preferred. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- HACCP training or certification preferred.
- Familiar with FSSC 22000 GMP VHM QMS and Food Regulations 1985.
- Good communication interpersonal skills documentation and reporting skills.
