Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRegistered Nurse Correctional Facilityfor an exciting Travel or Local job inRomulus NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
Provide direct nursing care and supportive or restorative services to incarcerated patients.
Supervise and mentor Graduate Nurses LPNs and direct care staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Perform case-finding health teaching and counseling to promote wellness and prevention.
Administer medications treatments and nursing procedures according to facility policies and protocols.
Maintain accurate timely documentation and adhere to safety and infection control standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration in the State of New York.
