What youll do

Responsible for managing national in-store activity.
Overall store display such as display rack and POSM manpower management (promoter trainer merchandiser)
In-store display includes store renovation POSM and monitoring SKU flooring.
Promoter management such including sellout productivity capability/performance and motivation.
Capability development thru training part includes Offline/online training performance management material development BP search. Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.

What you must have

At least bachelors degree in any major.
Experienced as Team Head/ Manager Min.3 years.
Experienced in Field Force Management & Merchandising.

Nice if you have

Experienced in Electronics Industry.
Advance in Data Analysis Tools (Excel Power BI etc).
