Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales department. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance managing inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition pricing and merchandising of used vehicles to maintain an optimal inventory mix.
Sales Leadership: Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the departments budget monitor expenses and analyze sales metrics to drive profitability.
Compliance: Stay informed about federal state and local regulations affecting used vehicle sales and ensure dealership compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including finance and service to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales management particularly in the used car sector.
