Packing Plant Supervisor

Location: Nasrec Johannesburg
Salary: R16 500 to R20 000 per month

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Packing Plant Supervisor to oversee daily production and packaging operations at a busy FMCG site in this hands-on role you will manage a team ensure consistent product quality and maintain the highest safety and hygiene standards.

Job duties:

Lead and supervise daily packing operations to achieve production targets.
Maintain quality safety and efficiency across all production lines.
Motivate and train your team to perform at their best.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise performance.
Monitor workflow stock usage and machine efficiency.

Requirements:

Matric or equivalent qualification.
3 years of supervisory experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong people leadership and communication skills.
Attention to detail organisational ability and commitment to quality.
