Requirements:Tertiary qualification in
Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related filed
Minimum
2 years experience in account management / client service within the
branding marketing or advertising industry
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office and
project management toolsExcellent
communication presentation and negotiation skillsStrong
project management skills able to multitask and thrive under pressure
Strategic thinker with a
creative mindset and problem-solving ability
Experience working with branding marketing or advertising campaigns (preferred)
Collaborative team player but confident working independently
What Youll DoBe the
primary point of contact for your clients understanding their needs and goals
Build and maintain
long-term relationships through regular communication and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (creative strategy production) to deliver
impactful branding campaignsManage
timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure smooth project delivery
Provide
strategic insights and guidance based on industry trends and best practices
Act as a
liaison between clients and teams ensuring alignment and clear communication
Stay on top of industry trends and share valuable recommendations with clients
