Job Summary

Hungry to help lead something realand grow with it Our client is seeking a hands-on ambitious Program Manager to help design and scale impactful entrepreneurship programs. This is an early leadership role for someone with 57 years of solid experience ideally in entrepreneurship innovation or ecosystem-building. Were not chasing titleswere after capable doers who are ready to step into ownership. If youve delivered programs end-to-end worked with partners or donors and youre ready to lead while still building this is for you.

Responsibilities:

Design and evolve startup and entrepreneurship programsfrom strategy to execution.
Work with project leads to support on-the-ground deliveryyou guide support and elevate not execute solo.
Own relationships with clients and partners after program kick-offyoure their point of trust.
Support business development by contributing to outreach funding proposals and opportunity scanningwith a technical lens.
Help onboard and support new hires in the program team.
Drive Startup Factorys industry partnerships strengthening our ecosystem and expanding program impact.
Build and manage a vibrant network of mentors trainers and speakers.
Lead program tracking reporting and improvement based on data and feedback.

Requirements

You bring 57 years of relevant experience ideally in entrepreneurship innovation or program leadership.
Youve owned delivery or led within a small teameven if your title was senior associate.
Youre ready for more: more responsibility more influence more growth.
You understand startups partners and the value of execution excellence.
You have strong communication leadership and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree is a plus.
Willingness to travel within Egypt and work flexible hours when required.
