Description

Hiring Immediately IT Support Technician. Excellent compensation and benefits.

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician to help us maintain our company wide hardware and software. Who are we We are Fitzgerald Auto Mall one of the largest auto groups in the US with over 20 dealership locations spread across 3 states and 27 websites. This position will be working from our main location in Gaithersburg and must be willing to commute.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Computer workstation deployment troubleshooting and repair.
Printer deployment troubleshooting and repair.
Network equipment deployment and troubleshooting.
Network cabling installation and termination.
Remote location support.
Software application installation and support.
Phone system installation and support.

REQUIREMENTS

3 to 5 years relevant work experience required. Candidates must demonstrate strong working knowledge of phone and computer systems. Applicants need to to physically capable of working on their feet running cable as needed and lifting as much as 50 lbs when installing equipment. A Certification required Net certification would be a plus. Schedule flexibility is needed including occasional evenings and weekends for special projects. Consistent dependable and accurate in completing responsibilities and assignments.
