Job Summary
PRN Nurse Day/Night Shifts
Location: Flagstaff AZ Schedule: 12-hour PRN shifts (Day 6:00am6:30pm Night 6:30pm6:00am) 40 hours/week not guaranteed
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders within scope of license (includes wound care tracheostomy gastrostomy catheter care and more).
Observe document and report resident condition and treatment effectiveness.
Complete nursing assessments care plans and MDS documentation.
Communicate with residents families and the care team.
Participate in shift reports staff meetings and QAPI initiatives.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of geriatric nursing and team nursing practices.
Strong clinical assessment communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to respond to medical issues and emergencies professionally.
