Westwise is a legal client acquisition partner that helps personal injury law firms grow their practices through data-driven digital marketing and qualified lead generation. We manage end-to-end marketing campaignsincluding SEO PPC social media and content marketingand provide lead qualification and intake services that deliver pre-vetted ready-to-sign clients to our personal injury law firm partners.


Were expanding our partnerships with law firms nationwide and need a results-driven business development professional to represent us at conferences and facilitate high-value introductions.


The Role

Were seeking a Conference Business Development Representative to attend legal industry conferences network with decision-makers at qualified law firms and set up meetings between these firms and our leadership team. This is a 100% performance-based commission-only role with all conference expenses covered (travel lodging registration meals).

This is ideal for someone who:

  • Can identify and engage with law firm decision-makers

Responsibilities
  • Attend designated legal industry conferences (well identify target conferences together)
  • Network with managing partners marketing directors COOs and practice group leaders at law firms
  • Present Westwises services and value proposition to qualified prospects
  • Schedule qualified meetings (video or in-person) between prospects and our team
  • Follow up with leads post-conference to ensure meetings occur
  • Provide post-event reports on conversations interest level and next steps


What Qualified Means

Target law firms must meet these criteria:

  • Personal injury practice areas: Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) Premises Liability Workers Compensation Medical Malpractice Product Liability Wrongful Death or other plaintiff-side personal injury matters
  • Actively seeking to grow their client base
  • Decision-maker engagement (partner-level or senior management)
  • Willingness to take a meeting to learn about our services
  • Budget and willingness to spend on marketing with a marketing partner

Compensation Structure

Performance-based pay:

  • $1000 per qualified meeting completed (meeting must occur with decision-maker present)
  • $2000 bonus when a law firm signs a contract with Westwise (typically within 60-90 days of initial meeting)
  • Potential to earn $3000-$10000 per conference depending on meetings set and conversions


We cover 100% of:
  • Conference registration fees
  • Round-trip travel
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Meals and reasonable business expenses
  • Marketing materials and business cards



Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile


Required:
  • 3 years of business development sales or partnership experience in the personal injury legal space
  • Established network within the personal injury legal community (attorneys paralegals legal administrators or vendors)
  • Prior experience working with or selling to law firms
  • Familiarity with personal injury practice areas including MVA Premises Liability Workers Compensation and related areas
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
  • Comfortable with commission-only compensation
  • Ability to travel to conferences (typically 1-2 per month)
  • Professional presence and excellent communication skills


Preferred:
  • Existing relationships within the legal industry
  • Experience with legal marketing case management software or litigation support services serving personal injury firms
  • Track record of meeting quotas in performance-based roles
  • Understanding of personal injury law firm organizational structures and decision-making processes
  • Existing relationships with personal injury attorneys practicing in MVA Premises Workers Comp or related fields


What Success Looks Like
  • Set 5-8 qualified meetings per conference attended
  • 30% meeting-to-contract conversion rate (we handle the sales process)
  • Strong follow-through ensuring scheduled meetings actually occur
  • Professional representation of the Westwise brand
