Job Summary

Reputable multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their Des Moines team!

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level project design/review of project documents
Ensure design quality for complex projects across various sectors
Lead QA/QC initiatives/develop standards and guidelines
Serve as advisor on complex projects and make recommendations/decisions on project design work
Promote efficiencies/high-quality output within the team
Deliver high quality engineering designs
Mentor/train junior staff

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering
6 years of progressive engineering experience
PE License
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Comprehensive understanding of International Building Codes

Salary is commensurate with experience.
