As an enthusiastic transactional lawyer youll handle a comprehensive range of commercial property matters:
Core Commercial Property Work:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Development projects and agreements
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset management and portfolio work
- Banking finance and loan agreements
- Business and asset sales/purchases
- Insolvency and restructuring transactions
Cross-Practice Collaboration:
- Corporate support work
