QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited 2 yr college or tech school preferred.
- Possesses strong secretarial financial organizational and accuracy skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (Include but are not limited to)
- Ontime regular and in person attendance is an essential function of all positions in KPS.
- Obtain a working knowledge of all District policies and procedures related to cash handling and online payments
- Ensures that accounting procedures as established by the district are followed and maintains financial records according to required retention schedules
- Prepares activity and athletic ticket and concession boxes as needed and in accordance with the expectations of the Activity Director.
- Completes the 3rd count of cash collected in all money boxes and maintains appropriate records of these funds and supplies.
- Receives process code and enter into SIS purchase orders fines and fees for KHS Athletics Activities and CTSO programs
- Prepares deposit slips and takes deposits to the bank and submits necessary document to the KPS Finance Department
- Understands and facilitates all purchase order processing steps and maintains financial records in accordance with district policy and in alignment with the Finance Office.
- Effectively communicates and coordinates with vendors for ordering of supplies and services for the Athletic Department.
- Management of online processing of credit/debit card payments and reconciliation of all related accounts
- Management of Hudl online ticking system camp registration and other functions as needed.
- Enters deposit information into SIS and sends all supporting documentation to KPS Accounts Payable office. Accounts Payable office will verify deposit and post
- Serves as Activity sponsor and Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSO) sponsor liaison to support them in the created of purchase orders verification of receipt of supplies again purchase orders processes invoices for payment approval collects cash when applicable and enters deposit
- Assist A.D. with corporate sponsorship initiative including the solicitation and collection of funds from Bearcat Vision partners and serves as a professional liason with partners and donors.
- Assist A.D. with the financial management of BSN/Nike School Stores Bearcat Vision and other fundraising activities and platforms
- Assists in the preparing of hosting events monitoring of events and planning for travel and away activities for all activities and athletics.
- Collection of entry fees for athletic and activity events prepares deposit slips and takes to the bank
- Performs other duties as assigned.
