About the RoleThis is a four-year apprenticeship offering hands-on training and development within the business technology industry.
The apprentice will begin by supporting the service team with deliveries and general assistance while undertaking structured training. Over the course of the apprenticeship they will develop into a fully qualified Service Technician responsible for travelling to remote mine sites to service and repair equipment and associated software.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be:
A Year 12 graduate with an aptitude for maths and science
Polite well-presented and confident in communication
Reliable and eager to learn
Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg
A permanent resident of Australia
Holder of a current drivers licence (minimum P plates)
Preferred Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in customer service
Certificate II in Electronics and Communications
Basic understanding of computers and networks
Mechanical aptitude and interest in repairing mechanisms
Location: Kalgoorlie WA
Employment Type:Full Time
