FanDuel is looking for a strategic powerhouse to own and evolve FanDuels retention engine balancing data creativity and commercial acumen to fuel market share growth and customer this role youll set the strategy for how we drive engagement from in-category customers evolve our lifecycle and offer strategy and create a culture of continuous optimization. Youll be the go-to leader connecting the dots across Marketing Go To Market and Performance & Insights ensuring our customer marketing strategy is both smart and scalable.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Set end-to-end customer marketing strategic direction responsible for achieving customer retention targets while balancing efficiency scale and market share across all regions
- Lead high performing marketing teams while nurturing the next generation of FanDuel leadership and attracting talent
- Expand challenge and transform our lifecycle and promotions strategies leveraging deep customer data research and competitive intelligence to win the battle for choice
- Deliver insights reporting and recommendations on program improvements to senior and executive leadership
- Manage a significant marketing budget while improving retention and customer value outcomes
- Deliver strategic marketing guidance to cross-functional teams to deliver exciting and effective seasonal Go-To-Market plans
- Partner closely with MarTech Comms and Ops teams to develop marketing automation operational efficiency and communications excellence
- Collaborate closely with Business Intelligence to address performance gaps and opportunities champion experimentation and cultivate an environment of collaboration
- Act as the business leader and central point of contact for all things retention driving alignment clarity and performance across Trading Creative Media Marketing Business Intelligence and Finance stakeholders
- Evolve audience strategy through new segmentation discovery and white space opportunities
- Deliver continuous improvements to the full conversion funnel working closely with product and content teams
THE STATS
What were looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in customer marketing with experience creating and managing media campaigns from start to finish
- At least 5 years in a management role with multiple tier direct reports
- Experience in brand strategy for a high growth brand
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
- Deep experience developing and overseeing customer marketing programs
- Experience with Agile development framework and track record of partnering with product and engineering teams on multiple projects at once
- Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and effective at project management

The applicable salary range for this position is $171000 - $214000 USD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical vision and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation including but not limited to cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
