Position Description:PD Automation Delivery Lead

As our Automation Delivery Lead youll be at the heart of BENs enterprise-wide transformation enabling teams to deliver automation solutions that simplify processes and improve customer experiences. Youll act as a servant leader guiding agile teams removing blockers and ensuring initiatives deliver real value across the bank.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including RPA AI APIs and Appian BPM to drive efficiency and innovation. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across divisions helping prioritise and sequence projects for maximum impact. Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate agile delivery teams ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned to desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives manage dependencies and drive automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
  • Oversee project planning risk management and delivery reporting ensuring teams are supported informed and empowered to succeed.

To succeed in this role wed love you to have:

  • Proven experience leading or participating in agile teams delivering complex IT or automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies including RPA AI APIs and BPM platforms.
  • Exceptional communication influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery focus.
  • Certification or experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum PMP).

We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance in a local Head Office.

This role is a Full-time (76 hours per f/n) role on a 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract based at any of our head office locations (see locations here)
