Quality Roofing Systems part of the Bone Dry Family is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our commercial roofing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities promoting our roofing services to potential clients and managing the entire sales process. Responsibilities
- Develop new business by identifying potential clients and selling our roofing services
- Attend networking events conferences and trade shows to promote our services
- Manage the entire sales process including preparing proposals negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure customer needs are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitors and best practices to ensure competitive advantage
- Create and maintain accurate records of sales activities pipeline and client information
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of roofing systems materials and construction techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
- Experience in commercial roofing (repairs production or sales) preferred
- Military service a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary base range $65k-$85k and sales based bonus incentive commensurate with experience
