The Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking to fill the Training and Education Manager position to lead ACIs efforts to deliver impactful industry-aligned training and education to incarcerated individuals. This position oversees program designs implementation and continuous improvements with a focus on credentialing career readiness and reentry success. Collaborates across agencies and partners to ensure programming aligns with labor market needs and correctional goals. Program Management & Leadership:
- Oversees the design implementation and improvement of ACIs education and workforce training programs
- Supervises direct reports and ensures alignment with ADCRR reentry goals industry standards and workforce development best practices
Curriculum Development & Coordination:
- Develops and manages instructional content tailored to high-demand occupations
- Coordinates curriculum delivery with instructors
- Facilitate onboarding and instructional sessions as needed across various ACI work-sites
Strategic Partnership:
- Builds and maintains partnerships with CTE programs community colleges universities employers and workforce agencies to expand access to credentials and post-release employment
- Represents ACI in interagency initiatives and workforce groups
Data & Reporting:
- Designs systems to track training outcomes including credential attainment participation job placements and recidivism
- Analyzes data and produces quarterly and annual reports to inform leadership and guide program improvements
Cross-Agency Coordination:
- Works across ADCRR divisions and with external stakeholders to ensure programs are cohesive accessible and integrated with reentry services and operations workflows
- Drives on State business

- Reentry and case management frameworks including transition planning and community-based services alignment
- Workforce development programming such as the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and related workforce development systems
