What does the role involve

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant youll be trained to run your own mini business within our company:

Youll connect with hiring managers understand their hiring needs and build strong long-term relationships.
Youll also build your own network of freelancers and guide them through the recruitment process from the first call to the signed deal.
Youll be responsible for the full sales & recruitment cycle: business development account management candidate sourcing and deal negotiation.

Who were looking for:

Youre ambitious motivated and want to grow in a performance-driven environment
You enjoy talking to people and building relationships confidence and communication go a long way
Experience in hospitality retail or customer service is a plus (especially fast-paced environments)
You speak Dutch or German English fluently (C1/C2) or youre fluent in English and have at least 1.5 years of full-time experience in B2B sales or recruitment
You live in or around Amsterdam or have very specific relocation plans
