Description
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health operates a comprehensive network of services that positively impact the lives of thousands of children and their families every year. Devereux-Arizona serves more than 4000 individuals with emotional behavioral and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment short-term residential treatment a private school community-based services prevention programs respite services and therapeutic foster care.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will provide working supervision of preventative and routine maintenance of buildings vehicles and grounds as required and assigned by the Facility Manager or designated administrative representative. This position performs complete facility inspection at specified frequencies and documents inspection results in the prescribed manner according to the policies and procedures. You will also address deficiencies prioritize and assign work orders and assure compliance for safety standards/codes.
Pay Range: $25.00/hr - $27.50/hr based on experience and education
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED; Associates degree or trade school certificate preferred
- One year of maintenance experience
- Joint Commission experience preferred
- Valid Arizona drivers license and proof of insurance is required
OTHER:
- Must be available to attend two (2) weeks of new hire orientation (paid Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm) plus 2-3 weeks of on the job training
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment
- Valid Arizona Drivers License & pass DMV 36-month history check
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statues Notice (ARS 36-411 Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a persons employment record contains a six-month or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
