Job Summary
Job Description
A Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Manager will be required to join a leading mechanical contractor growing its commercial HVAC and plumbing division.
The Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Manager will play a vital role in delivering projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
An Ideal Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Manager will have at least 46 years of commercial mechanical and HVAC project management experience.
Package & Location:
- $80000 $130000 base salary

- Based in Fort Worth TX
Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Manager Responsibilities:
- Review project plans specifications and permits to ensure compliance and readiness
- Manage and distribute contract documents to field managers subcontractors and vendors
- Coordinate with general contractors subcontractors vendors and field staff
- Monitor and manage job costs budgets and overall project financial performance
Project Manager/Contracts Manager/Construction Manager Requirements:
- 25 years of commercial mechanical and plumbing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial construction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to regularly visit job sites and work safely in active construction environments
