When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you will lead the deployment and staffing strategies that enhance team performance and client satisfaction. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team leveraging their unique strengths to deliver exceptional results while maintaining elevated standards of quality and integrity. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of talent management within our firm driving initiatives that promote diversity enhance utilization and foster professional growth.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
