You will support HR operations by coordinating interviews training sessions and onboardinglogistics ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and new hires. Provides administrative support across HR Centers of Excellence and contributes to process improvements and data accuracy within HR systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates and schedules candidate interviews and Learning & Development training sessions ensuring a smooth experience for all participants
- Manages and monitors pre-employment and new hire onboarding workflows ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required steps
- Oversees onboarding logistics including pre-employment testing IT equipment requests and documentation handling
- Coordinates and leads new hire orientation sessions in collaboration with Field HR partners.
- Prepares and issues employee identification badges for new hires
- Provides administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence including Talent Management Learning & Development and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years of Administrative or HR support experience preferably in Talent Acquisition or Onboarding.
- Administrative Assistants encouraged to apply.
- Associates degree from a two-year college in Human Resources Management or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules coordinate logistics and ensure timely completion of onboarding and training processes.
- Ensures accuracy in documentation data entry and HR system updates.
- Strong verbal and written communication for coordinating with candidates HR partners and internal teams.
- Comfortable using HRIS systems and scheduling tools in Microsoft Office for managing onboarding tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- High sense of urgency to meet business needs and provide positive experiences for candidates and new hires throughout the onboarding process.
- Ability to support process improvements and resolve logistical or administrative challenges efficiently.
