Job Summary
Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a full-time Parts Specialist at our Shippensburg PA location. As a Parts Specialist you are responsible for assisting technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing the appropriate parts needed for equipment services.
Job Overview:
- Answer incoming calls from internal and external customers.
- Efficiently purchase various parts to maintain our rental fleet.
- Interact with clients knowing their specifications and offering them the best product solutions.
- Sell products to meet a customers need.
- Provide service with required parts.
- Determine replacement parts required according to customer requests or customer described malfunctions.
- Maintain and monitor parts inventory.
- Examine returned parts for defects and exchange defective parts.
- Assist in packaging and shipping parts to customers and manufacturers.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact daily with customers and fellow employees.
- Must be a team-player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $24.00/hr. - $27.00/hr.
