What We Do

We make sell and distribute PepsiCo and more beverages. We have the exclusive rights to make sell and distribute directly to stores in our territory the world-renowned PepsiCo and Keurig Dr. Pepper beverages. These exclusive rights make up the vast majority of our business and cover certain counties across five states.

We also create our own beverages producing and distributing them to our customers warehouses nationally. And we make sell and distribute to our customers warehouses a growing portfolio of beverages nationally. These beverages make up a small but growing part of our business.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Merchandises products including stocking shelves rotating shelved products setting up displays cooler stocking/rotation storage room organization and moving products from storage to the sales floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Fills and merchandises all coolers displays racks shelves and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
• Sells and executes all promotions.
• Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
• Develops good customer relations.
• Services all customers as scheduled.
• Orders product and /or runs invoices.
• Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion rotates stock.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to perform basic financial calculations such as addition subtraction multiplication and division.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good driving habits.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Valid drivers license.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
• Ability to meet PBV driving qualifications.
• Ability to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to speak read and write English proficiently.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

Mental Functions

Repetitive job requiring frequent but not more than normal mental or visual effort or alertness.

Physical Functions

Constantly (67%-100%) required to stand lift up to 50 pounds and push/pullpounds with the assistance of a pallet jack. Frequently (34%-66%) required to walk. Occasionally (0%-33%) required to climb and sit.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak read write and comprehend English.
