About the Role

The Gracewood Centre located in Kellyville is a vibrant aged care community built on a people-first philosophy. With beautifully designed spaces and a strong sense of belonging our residents enjoy a safe supportive environment where individuality is celebrated.

As a Lifestyle Officer youll play a key role in creating uplifting experiences through engaging social recreational cultural and wellbeing programs. Whether its a group activity one-on-one interaction or a special event your work will foster connection independence and joy.

Youll be guided by a thoughtfully designed activity program and supported by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team. Together well create moments that matter.

About You

• You hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification (or willingness to attain)

• You hold previous experience in aged care or a similar role

• You are passionate about working with older people and being part of a collaborative team

• You are comfortable using a computer and open to ongoing learning
