Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance repairs across the property including HVAC plumbing electrical and appliances
Complete resident work orders promptly and with attention to quality and detail
Assist with unit turns preventative maintenance and upkeep of common areas
Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed
Communicate effectively with residents team members and management to maintain a positive living experience
Support the team during seasonal peak periods (turn season) and after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule

What Were Looking For

Minimum 1 years of maintenance experience in multifamily or student housing
Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and appliance repair
Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work independently
Team player with great communication and customer service skills
Availability for on-call rotation and weekend work as needed
EPA certification preferred but not required
