Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for: assisting customers set up their utility account; process customer payments; research questions; process service tickets and maintain the accuracy of the utility billing system. The employee in this position is expected to use good judgment and discretion.
Job Requirements: One to three years of office administration and customer service experience is required.
Job Type: Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
