We are looking for ournext full-time Warehouse Manager
TheWarehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of the warehouse ensuringefficient receipt storage and distribution of goods. This role is responsiblefor supervising warehouse staff maintaining safety standards managinginventory processes and ensuring timely accurate order fulfillment.
KeyResponsibilities
Supervisedaily warehouse operations including receiving storing testing and shippingmaterials.
Plandevelop and implement warehouse safety and security protocols.
Monitorwarehouse performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Inspectwarehouse facilities and equipment; coordinate maintenance repairs orreplacements as needed.
Respondto customer and shipper inquiries and resolve complaints regarding storage anddistribution.
Developand document standard operating procedures for all warehouse processes.
Leadand motivate warehouse employees to ensure productivity and compliance withcompany processes.
Ensureall orders are accurately picked packed and shipped on time.
Requestand manage purchases of materials equipment and supplies.
Performadditional duties as assigned by management.

Thisposition supervises warehouse personnel and plays a key role in overseeingprojects customer relations and team development.
WorkEnvironment and Physical Demands
Thisposition is primarily located in a warehouse setting with regular exposure tovarying noise levels and physical activity. The role involves frequent walkinglifting up to 50 lbs. bending and operating warehouse equipment. Periods ofseated computer work and office activity are also required. Vision requirementsinclude close distance color and peripheral vision as well as depthperception and the ability to adjust focus.
Educationand Experience
Required:
Highschool diploma or GED plus 35 years of related experience or equivalentcombination of education and experience
Strongunderstanding of warehouse operations logistics and inventory control
Validdrivers license
Occasionaltravel to customer sites or other company locations during work hours
Preferred:
Bachelorsdegree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or arelated field
Experiencewith warehouse management software (WMS)
Provenleadership experience managing warehouse teams
