Key Responsibilities:
Monitor patients behaviors and overall physical health
Provide direct support in daily activities and therapeutic interventions
Manage crisis situations and assist in de-escalating conflicts
Document patient progress and share regular updates with the healthcare team
Facilitate or assist in group and individual therapeutic activities

Requirements:
License/certification (if applicable)
Diploma/GED
Fingerprint clearance card
CPR/First Aid Card (American Redcross or American Heart Association)
TB skin test / N95 particulate respirators(fit test)/ MMR vaccinations
