One of the nations Top 100 Agricultural Cooperatives and Top 20 Agronomy Companies is expanding its grain division and seeking a relationship-driven Grain Originator / Grain Buyer to join their Boscobel WI team.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain grower relationships through consistent outreach and market communication.
Negotiate grain purchases track positions and execute contracts through the AgVantage Grain system.
Communicate daily bids and market trends ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
Coordinate logistics (truck/rail/barge) and maintain hedging accuracy to protect margins.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelors degree in Ag-related field or 6 years experience in grain origination or merchandising.
Deep understanding of grain markets freight spreads and contract management.
Excellent communicator with strong relationship and negotiation skills.
Integrity drive and a hands-on approach to building business.
