HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
- Provides direct administrative and operational support to the Director Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Provides routine administrative and operational support to all other members of the department.
- Liaises between customer/accounts contacts vendors community resources and EAP.
- First point of contact for EAP clients; pro-actively triages level of acuity and makes appropriate dispositions.

- Director Employee Assistance Program

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of job-related experience
Required Certification/License/Registry:
